Who We Are
The Blue Genie Art Bazaar is an Austin tradition during the holiday shopping season and is a great place to buy exceptional art and gifts. Open 7 days a week at 10:00am, the event runs from December 1st through the 24th and admission is always free to the public.
All art and gift items for sale at our bazaar have been handmade by local Austin artists that are selected through a rigorous jury process. We have thousands of original gifts ranging from serious works of art to fun, kitschy items. Shopping at the Blue Genie Art Bazaar is a great way to shop hassle-free, find unique gifts, and support local artists.
Where We Are
The Blue Genie Art Bazaar is located at The Marchesa Hall and Theatre on 6226 Middle Fiskville Rd., just across the street from the Highland Mall Macy’s. It’s centrally located and has plenty of convenient parking.
The bazaar also has a bar, where you can grab soft drinks or meet your friends for an artsy happy hour, and there is even a movie room where kids–and parents!–can watch fine holiday films.
Gifts Galore!
The Blue Genie Art Bazaar features the work of over 130 artists and craftspeople. Our vendors offer all sorts of imaginative, quirky, and beautiful products: paintings, sculptures, jewelry, clothing, accessories, glassworks, ceramics, prints, photography, and plenty of miscellany and surprises that you can’t find anywhere else.
Plenty of your favorite artists from years past are back again, joined by lots of new talent. Whether your budget is large or small, you’ll find something–for yourself, for your best friend, or for that impossible-to-shop-for relative.
Celebrating our holidays with art and inspiration
We’re very proud of the Blue Genie Art Bazaar’s tradition of relaxed shopping, unique gifts, and great art. In honor of our tenth anniversary, we’ll be hosting many special events–such as movie nights and DJed parties–so please keep checking this site for updates.
