Now Hiring for the 2020 Bazaar

We are looking for motivated and friendly seasonal staff for our 2020 event!

The Bazaar will run from Friday, November 13 through Thursday, December 24, 10 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week (10 am – 6 pm on Christmas Eve).

All staff members are required to wear a face mask while inside the building and observe social distancing when possible. All positions will work out of our location at 6100 Airport Blvd. 

Management may assign or reassign the following duties as needed.

Cashier: Responsible for accurately ringing merchandise, wrapping or bagging sold items, and excellent customer service. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with basic math. Physical demands include remaining in a stationary position, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($10/hr)

Floor Associate: Responsible for excellent customer service and loss prevention. Duties include greeting and assisting customers, monitoring the shop floor, and ensuring that the public areas & restrooms are well-stocked and neat. Must be self-motivated and proactive. Physical demands include remaining in a stationary position, traversing the shop area, ascending/descending stairs and ladders, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($10/hr)

Online Fulfillment: Responsible for fulfilling orders received through the BGAB online shop and excellent customer service. Duties include preparing merchandise for shipment and in-store pick up, communicating with customers, and monitoring product inventory. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using a computer. Physical demands include bending and lifting, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($10/hr)

Customer Service: Responsible for excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and over email. Duties include handling customer inquiries & requests over the phone and email, assisting customers with in-store pick up. Must be proactive, problem-solving, and comfortable using a computer. Physical demands include remaining in a stationary position, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($10/hr)

Supervisors

Shift Manager: Acts as Manager-on-duty during a given shift to make sure all customer, staff, exhibitor, and operational needs are met. Ensures that staff stay on task, get their breaks, leave on time, and meet dress code. Ensures that public areas, including restrooms, are well-stocked and neat. Reconciles registers and prints reports at the end of each shift. Responsible for answering typical customer questions and complaints and forwards any emergencies immediately to the show director. Physical demands include remaining in a stationary position, traversing the shop area, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($15/hr)

Online Sales Lead: Leads the Online Fulfillment and Customer Service Team during a given shift to make sure that online orders and customer requests are fulfilled. Coordinates with Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations. Duties include preparing merchandise for shipment and in-store pick up, communicating with customers, and monitoring product inventory. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using a computer. Physical demands include bending and lifting, communicating with others, and interpreting written information. ($13/hr)
